Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).
- Standard Shipping (Free for orders above $25): 7-14 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs processing. VeNova X is not responsible for carrier delays but will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages VeNova X is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly.
